It is a cooktop and worktop in one. Seamlessly integrated into the kitchen's Dekton countertop, it represents the epitome of freedom, flexibility and advanced design for culinary enthusiasts.

The new induction cooktop has been reduced to the essentials: the LED light point, the Dekton worktop and the control knob. The Essential Induction is designed to integrate exclusively into Dekton countertops. This ultra-compact, stain- and scratch-resistant material is available in 60 different finishes and colors to match any kitchen design. The control knobs are mounted on the front and support users during the cooking process. The dot on the worktop, a subtle point of light, intuitively links the control knob to the cooking zone being used. It not only indicates where pans should go, it also alerts the user to residual heat and automatically turns off when the cooktop is not in use. After this, the worktop can be used just like any other kitchen worktop.

To ensure efficient cooking, Gaggenau has developed removable, magnetic protectors so you can use your existing pans. These not only protect the worktop, they also reduce the noise of the pan moving across the stone worktop as well as guide the induction modules, guaranteeing optimal cooking performance. The illuminated control knobs allow you to switch between the twelve power levels, the keep-warm and booster functions with utmost precision, quickly and intuitively.
