Jetstone expands with new 16,000m2 building

Deurne-based countertop manufacturer Jetstone is to expand its facilities to further shape its international growth. The expansion will take place with the construction of a new building on the As in Deurne, for which the final permit from the municipality of Deurne was received last week. The new building will have a floor area of 16,000 m2 and is located at an attractive sight location, parallel to the Binderendreef.

The new building will be built entirely in accordance with the latest in sustainability. For example, there will be no connection to the gas grid and an estimated 6,600 solar panels will be installed on the roof. Completion of the new building is scheduled for mid-2023.

Jetstone currently already has two locations in Deurne, one on Florijn and one on Beukelsdijk, near the new construction site. At those locations, the company produces luxury countertops for kitchen retailers and interior design companies in the Benelux, Germany and Sweden, among others. The company is now one of the largest employers in Deurne and has sustainability as an important theme not only for the new premises, but also for its cooperation with customers and employees.
