MHK Netherlands has acquired Dutch kitchen assembly company Arti-Line. "The acquisition of Arti-Line is an important step for MHK Netherlands," explained Jeroen Geerling, general manager of MHK Netherlands. "We want to offer our partners an even better offering with which they can profile themselves in the market. Arti-Line has built up an excellent reputation over the past two decades, mainly through accurate planning and excellent installation of kitchens, both for private clients and for large project developers."
Arti-Line is a leading name in the northern part of the Netherlands and is already working successfully with several of MHK Nederland's trade partners. The company has more than 20 experienced fitters who use their expertise to meet the highest quality standards - from project planning and measurements to accurate installation and customization.
"With Arti-Line in our portfolio, we are not only expanding our service offering, but also strengthening the entire industry," continued Geerling. "We want to help our retail partners improve their market position, especially in today's challenging market conditions, and meet increasing customer demands. At the same time, we are sending a positive signal for the entire kitchen industry."
MHK Netherlands plans to gradually expand its assembly services, which until now have been offered mainly in the north of the country, to other regions in the coming years. Moreover, the MHK Europa Akademie, MHK Group's training and further training center in Dreieich, will help to counteract the shortage of skilled mechanics in the Netherlands in the long term and maintain a high level of service quality through targeted training and further education of already trained employees.
With the acquisition of Arti-Line, MHK Nederland strengthens its role as a leading service provider in the kitchen industry and offers both trade and industry new opportunities for growth and innovation.
Arti-Line will continue to operate under its established name in the market and will be managed by former owner Ron Theunisz. He is very excited about the opportunities arising from the partnership with MHK Group, the leading industry platform for home and living. "Joining forces with MHK Netherlands offers us excellent opportunities. We are very happy with this step towards a joint future," Ron Theunisz explains.
