RAUVISIO crystal is a acrylic surface that perfectly imitates glass without the drawbacks, as it is 10 times more shatter resistant. It is 50% lighter and scratch resistant thanks to its hard coating.
RAUVISIO brilliant : this one-piece acrylic panel with a painted effect is a real alternative to expensive painted components. It gives a glossy or matte surface from all angles, with no visual interruption thanks to the seamless edge banding. Available in 17 colors, this range is a real alternative to expensive painted parts.
100% of the electricity used to press these panels comes from renewable energy sources. In addition, the wood used to produce the panels is PEFC certified (wood from sustainably managed forests).
REHAU offers innovative, designer closet roller shutter systems for smart division of space in kitchens and bathrooms or for creating dressing rooms in so-called lost spaces (under beds, under stairs, etc.). Thanks to the "Plug & Play" system, the assembly time of a REHAU wardrobe shutter system is 5 times faster than with separate parts. Since 2018, REHAU has offered customized cabinet shutters with digital printing on the slats. The European production of RAUVOLET storage systems already uses "green" electricity. Whenever possible, production waste is recycled in the product's production cycle.
Edgebanding is REHAU's DNA in the world of furniture solutions. Much of the RAUKANTEX range is eco-responsible (production, energy, procurement, packaging, etc.). For example, all European edging plants operate on 100% renewable energy. The goal is to continuously increase the use of recycled materials and green polymers (based on non-fossil fuels), thus reducing CO2 reduce.
RAUKANTEX eco: RAUKANTEX eco is made from 50% post-industrial recycled material and is a high quality, easy to bond edge banding.
RAUKANTEX evo: made from 100% renewable resources, this is a sustainable innovation in the field of edgebanding, as no additional crude oil is required for production.
The Group is strongly committed to sustainable development and introduced a Circular Economy Charter in 2020. Today, more and more customers are signing the Charter, with the ultimate goal of 100% of customers signing it. By doing so, they commit to a strategy of circular economy, solidarity and offering sustainable and ecologically sound products.
