Bertazzoni, a leading manufacturer of high-quality kitchen appliances, presents its latest line of induction cooktops equipped with the patented Dynamic Power Logic. This breakthrough technology removes a major barrier when connecting an induction cooktop and ensures optimal energy distribution between cooktop and oven.
Normally in induction stoves, the cooktop and oven are separate electrical circuits, making installation complex due to the higher connection value. Thanks to Dynamic Power Logic, these circuits are linked into a single entity that is cleverly controlled by an advanced algorithm. Upon installation, the number of available phases and the total power absorbed are specified, and Dynamic Power Logic responds flexibly to this during operation.
The algorithm rapidly distributes the available power where it is most needed at that moment, depending on the intensity of use and temperature requirements. Thus, the heating elements of the oven and the cooking zones of the plate never switch continuously, but on the basis of demand. If the oven is not in use, the full power can go to the cooktop. And even when the oven has reached the set temperature, the power is optimally utilized for cooking by keeping the oven elements essentially turned off.
In addition, Dynamic Power Logic takes into account the diameter of the pan base, ensuring even greater energy efficiency and maximum cooking pleasure. On both 2-phase (16 Amp, 7400 W) and 3-phase (16 Amp, 11,000 W) systems, Bertazzoni offers optimal energy distribution for outstanding performance.
With the new electronic control of the induction elements, models with Dynamic Power Logic are also equipped with a cooking timer on each zone while the power setting remains unabatedly intuitive through the button controls.
Dynamic Power Logic is available in the Professional, Master, Heritage and Master Prime Line series, in widths from 60 to 100 cm and with a choice of single, double or triple oven configurations.
