Lhov was designed by Fabrizio Crisà, Chief Design Officer at the Italian manufacturer Elica, a global leader in innovative exhaust technology and advanced kitchen appliances. Authenticity, beauty, and functionality come together in a design that perfectly reflects Elica’s creative power and design expertise. Professional performance, advanced cooking features, and a powerful extraction system ensure that cooking fumes and odors are extracted not only from the cooktop but—for the first time ever—also directly from the oven.

Lhov is available in glossy black glass, Matt Black, and Matt White. The refined matte black finish complements the elegant design seamlessly and gives the appliance a powerful, exclusive look. The cooktop features the distinctive Raw finish: scratch-resistant, less susceptible to marks from pans and kitchen utensils, and protected against fingerprints, ensuring its stylish appearance is preserved for years to come. The matte white version also emphasizes the sleek, minimalist design and allows Lhov to blend effortlessly into any modern kitchen.

Measuring just 90 × 36 cm, Lhov fits perfectly within standard kitchen dimensions. This makes optimal use of the available space and offers maximum design freedom. Its striking appearance is enhanced by the completely flat glass surfaces with no visible handles or knobs. It’s not just the design that’s exceptional. The innovative ventilation system removes cooking vapors and odors from both the cooktop and the oven. As a result, no hot air or steam escapes when the oven door is opened, and odors are extracted directly from the top of the oven. The system is equipped with Long Life Filters++, which ensure exceptionally high odor-filtering performance. With a lifespan of three to five years, the filters need to be replaced less often, which reduces waste and significantly simplifies maintenance.

Thanks to Selective Autocapture, Lhov automatically detects which cooktops are in use and activates the range hood only where necessary. This saves energy and becomes even more efficient because the extraction capacity is automatically reduced after cooking to remove any remaining vapors.

A revolutionary oven

The oven also features numerous innovations. The all-glass, handle-free door is a model of elegance and ease of use. With a light touch, the door opens and closes smoothly and silently. Inside, the oven cavity offers a full 30% more width than a traditional oven. This creates unprecedented possibilities: Side by Side—two baking sheets side by side at the same level for different dishes or larger quantities. All In – generous baking sheets for large dishes. Little & Many – preparing multiple individual portions simultaneously.

Traditional cooking methods can be combined with steam for healthier and more flavorful dishes. A complete recipe with clear step-by-step instructions. The temperature of the dish is continuously monitored using the built-in core temperature sensor. As soon as the desired core temperature is reached, the oven automatically turns off. In addition, multiple cooking programs can be programmed in sequence to ensure perfect results during proofing, baking, and finishing.

A new standard in induction cooking

The cooktop also pushes the boundaries. Never before has a cooktop with an integrated range hood featured five cooking zones. Never before have they been so powerful and flexible to combine, even for extra-large pans. Professional automatic cooking functions make every preparation easier: Melting Mode—melt butter and chocolate without burning them. Warming Mode—keep dishes warm or cook them slowly. Simmering Mode—gently simmer without boiling over. For the first time, different power levels can be preset for each cooking zone. As soon as a pan is placed on the hob, the corresponding zone automatically activates the preselected power level.

Intuitive operation

The digital interface is just as easy to use as a smartphone. The display is the intelligent heart of Lhov: ergonomic, interactive, and fully connected. With the integrated Voice Assistant, the most important functions can be easily controlled by voice. From selecting cooking programs and monitoring the cooking process to opening the oven door and adjusting the exhaust fan. Energy management is also intelligently controlled. During installation, a maximum connected load can be set to prevent overloading the electrical system. When this power limit is nearly reached, Lhov alerts the user, who can then easily choose whether or not to temporarily exceed the set maximum. The completely flat surface also ensures optimal hygiene. Thanks to the hydrolytic cleaning program, cleaning the oven is also simple and efficient.
