Buram Electro will be called Liebherr Appliances Netherlands as of 2024

Since January 12, 2023, Buram Electro B.V. has been a full subsidiary of Liebherr Hausgeräte GmbH. After first successfully cooperating as exclusive partners on the Dutch market for decades, a further intensification of the partnership was realized last period with the aim of further increasing our customer satisfaction and brand value. 

As of December 30, 2023, Buram Electro B.V. will merge with Liebherr Appliances Netherlands B.V. through a legal merger. All current agreements of Buram Electro B.V. will pass unchanged to Liebherr Appliances Netherlands B.V. as of said date. This is a logical step for us to further strengthen the brand and secure long-term value creation for all parties involved in the Dutch market.
