At the upcoming Küchenmeile, kitchen manufacturer Leicht will showcase a sophisticated expansion of its successful product line. With the launch of Vero Nova, the brand is adding delicate, vertically oriented real wood slats to the Vero modular display cabinet series.
The Vero series of display cabinets is a hit at Leicht. This modular concept, suitable for both kitchens and living rooms, combines transparent glass panels with slender frame structures, bringing a sense of lightness and tranquility to any space. With Vero Nova, Leicht now adds a warm, natural wood texture to the collection. The new slatted doors are designed to fit seamlessly and blend beautifully with the existing Vero glass display cabinets. This enables a dynamic interplay of materials. The combination of transparent glass and the textured surfaces of the wood results in a captivating and stylish design.
What immediately stands out about Vero Nova is the extremely precise construction of the cabinet fronts. The vertical wooden slats fit completely seamlessly against the side walls of the cabinet all around. As a result, the rhythmic slat structure continues uninterrupted, even when multiple cabinets are placed side by side. This immediately creates a sleek, calm, and uniform overall look. The visual effect is further enhanced by the integrated lighting. The interplay of light and shadow emphasizes the refined texture of the vertical slats and gives the display cabinets a noticeable sense of depth.
In terms of finish, you can choose from two classic wood types: oak and walnut. The interior of the cabinets is then carefully coordinated with the chosen wood type. This creates a harmonious whole in terms of color and material, especially with the matching veneer surfaces that extend the aesthetic of the slats into the rest of the interior. The Vero Nova slatted doors are available for base and wall cabinets, as well as tall cabinets, in widths of 45, 50, and 60 centimeters. The display cabinets also create a smooth transition between the kitchen, dining room, and living room, thereby supporting a holistic design concept in which architecture and materials blend seamlessly together.
During the upcoming Küchenmeile, you can discover Vero Nova and Leicht’s other new products at the Architekturwerkstatt in Löhne. The event will be open from September 19 through 24, 2026, daily from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
