Based on a long-term, trust-based and successful business relationship, Liebherr-Hausgeräte GmbH intends to integrate CINEM nv as a separate sales and service company in Belgium.
The final acquisition is expected to be completed by January 2023. All CINEM employees will continue their work, and the offices and structure will be retained, as Liebherr intends to continue the successful path and achievements of the two partners.
This also means that this change will not affect both trading partners and Liebherr customers. They will receive the same high-quality support as in the past.
The acquisition follows a strategic decision by Liebherr aimed at further strengthening the brand and securing long-term value creation for all stakeholders in the Belgian market.
