Dansani is expanding its product line with new lighting solutions and a mirror cabinet. With the Prisma and Plissé wall and ceiling lights, the versatile Linear lighting, and the new Radience mirror cabinet, the brand is responding to the growing focus on ambiance, comfort, and cohesion in the bathroom. Lighting that can communicate wirelessly with one another plays a key role in this.
With the new Prisma and Plissé, Dansani makes it possible to coordinate the lighting in the bathroom. Both models can communicate wirelessly with a Dansani mirror. When the brightness or color temperature is adjusted on the mirror, the connected wall or ceiling light automatically synchronizes with it.
“This means the user doesn’t have to adjust each light source individually. As soon as you adjust the lighting by the mirror, Prisma and Plissé automatically adopt the same settings,” explains Rob Groen of Dansani Netherlands.
The installation is designed for practicality. Prisma and Plissé can be easily connected to a standard flush-mount box. Even if there is no Dansani mirror present, the adjustment options remain available. With an optional remote control featuring preset buttons, light intensity and color temperature can be continuously adjusted.
Another new product is Linear. This matte black aluminum light fixture is available in lengths of 50 and 100 centimeters and can be mounted on the wall either horizontally or vertically. This allows the user to choose between lighting directed upward and downward or to the left and right.
The fixtures can also be rotated continuously, allowing the light to be directed as desired. With Linear, the brightness and color temperature can also be controlled wirelessly using a remote control. In addition, the lighting can communicate with a Dansani mirror or mirror cabinet.
It’s interesting to note that with Linear, Dansani is explicitly looking beyond the bathroom. “Linear was, of course, developed as an attractive lighting solution, but thanks to its design and the various mounting options, the fixture can also be used perfectly well outside the bathroom. Think, for example, of a staircase,” says Groen.
Design also plays an important role in the new Radience mirror cabinet. With this model, Dansani is capitalizing on the popularity of rounded corners in bathroom design. The cabinet combines this soft design with various practical features.
For example, the Radience features ambient lighting when the doors are closed. The lighting can be controlled from both the outside and the inside of the mirror cabinet. In addition, all doors come standard with heated mirrors, which prevent condensation from forming on the mirror surface.
Dansani offers a wide range of options for the finish. Radience is available in all standard Dansani colors, but can also be customized in any RAL or NCS color. A universal version with mirrored side panels is also an option. This allows the mirror cabinet to be tailored to a wide range of bathroom styles and color schemes.
With Prisma, Plissé, Linear, and Radience, Dansani emphasizes a bathroom in which lighting, ease of use, and design are increasingly viewed as a unified whole.
