Keukenspectrum Group, proud owner of retail brands I-KOOK and KeukenCoach, is pleased to announce the opening of its newest store. Located on Hollantlaan in Kanaleneiland, Utrecht, it is the 28ste I-KOOK store.
The official opening ribbon was cut this afternoon by entrepreneur Ben van Roshum, along with his two granddaughters. Ben is originally from Utrecht and has years of experience in the kitchen industry. He promises an exceptionally warm welcome and support for customers from the region. Of course, he does not do this alone, but together with a team of professionals.
Ben van Roshum: "We transformed a brand-new concrete shell into a true kitchen paradise in a short period of time. It's a fantastic base to start helping many, many customers."
I-KOOK is a true kitchen specialist in a price segment where customers do not expect it. Always friendly priced, professional and personal.
The company is built on the people, there is an open culture and hardly any hierarchy. At I-KOOK you just have to exhibit logical behavior, always in the best interest of the customer. Many rules are not necessary for this. I-KOOK's kitchen coaches have plenty of room for personal interpretation and are given a lot of responsibility to make their customers happy.
The first store was opened in Hattem in 2001. There are now 28 stores.
Roel Oostra: "Finally we are in Utrecht; it gives a lot of energy to do this store together with - entrepreneurial spirit - Ben van Roshum."
Brothers Jaap and Roel Oostra started Keukenspectrum Group in 2001. Founded on shared values such as trust, integrity and respect, it became a great success. Keukenspectrum Group now operates 33 stores with the I-KOOK and KeukenCoach concepts. More than 150 professionals work in those stores. The concepts are both growing, primarily through franchise partnerships.
The Keukenspectrum Group is able to make professionals in the kitchen industry successful through comprehensive services and short lines of communication. Services include an effective marketing approach, order processing, administration, to central ICT services, training and purchasing.
