C-Bath is the new bathroom concept from Cosentino. It allows you to create unique, personalized spaces, with large-format wall and floor coverings and a minimum number of joints. Colors and textures in perfect balance and minimalist sinks and shower trays, designed with an eye for detail and manufactured with ultra-modern materials such as Silestone, Dekton and Sensa. Based on innovation and sustainability in design, unique and personal atmospheres are created. Environments where art and design merge, a dialogue between iconic elements combined with Cosentino's floor and wall coverings, countertops, shower trays, sinks and furniture.
Cosentino introduces The Bathelier, exclusive bathroom collections created by designers from around the world. Renowned Dutch architect Remy Meijers was one of them.
Balance is the key word in Remy Meijers' designs. So too is the balance of a good collaboration between Meijers and Cosentino. The collaboration took definite shape with the launch of the Scondido bathroom furniture (2021) in which Meijers' design language is clearly readable.
Remy Meijers sees a bathroom as a space where you can relax and clear your mind, it is an oasis of calm and relaxation. A place where you start and end your day. You should also have enough space to move around, so it is better to think of a bathroom as a "bath room" rather than just a bathroom.
Alongside big international names such as Daniel Germani and MUT Design, among others, Remy designed two bathroom concepts for Cosentino. The Urban Hide Away is a combination of architectural features that give character to the bathroom, with enough space for each element to shine. In the Urban Hide Away bathroom concept, dark Dekton Laurent was chosen for the cladding, washbasin cabinet and walls in the shower. The striking golden brown veins in this finish lend a striking character to the whole. For the floor, the more neutral Dekton Crete was used. Generous mirrors, a dominant integrated fireplace and the large shower are the design features of this concept. The washbasin cabinet here acts as a room divider, dividing the space into two so that, despite the large surface area, intimate zones remain. The bathtub is inviting due to its light color.
The Palazzo is the second design. In contrast to historic architecture, it uses light, contemporary elements with essential design and clean lines. By retaining the original ceilings, doors and windows, it gives a sense of warmth. Central to this design is the shower cube made entirely of with Dekton Rem. The integrated rain showers by Dornbracht offer ultimate shower comfort here. The bathroom cabinet and some wall coverings are clad in the glossy Dekton Taga. This busy pattern contrasts beautifully with the white sinks in Silestone, Blanco Zeus.
