The defining trend in the kitchen industry is that aesthetics and functionality are becoming increasingly intertwined. With several recent launches, Caressi demonstrates that it keeps its finger on the pulse of trends and that innovation, color, and the use of materials are central to its approach. A revamped Colour Line and new faucets, sinks, and accessories are Caressi’s response to the growing demand for distinctive and sustainable kitchen solutions.
When you think of innovation, color, and materials, Caressi’s PVD collection is sure to come to mind. PVD, or Physical Vapor Deposition, is a technology that creates a wear-resistant and low-maintenance top layer on faucets, sinks, and accessories. This coating ensures that the products can withstand intensive daily use without compromising their appearance. The collection has been around for some time, and the colors Copper, Gold, and Gun Metal have already become quite popular.

The attentive viewer and area30 visitor will recognize the latest PVD colors in Caressi’s Color Line. During the trade show last September, Caressi organized an interactive presentation where it showcased several potential new colors to gauge current trends in the kitchen industry. The distinctive finishes Brass Patina, Deserto, and Tarnish emerged as clear winners. “Trend-driven and supported by the market,” summarizes Jesse Struis of Caressi. The rollout of the new colors is taking place in stages. Messing Patina is currently available on two popular faucet models (CA1105MP and CA1106MP). A further expansion of the Brass Patina line, including the CA1108 U model, is already planned. Deserto and Tarnish models will follow starting in the third quarter.

In addition to color, innovation in materials also plays an important role at Caressi. A prime example of this is the new collection of composite sinks. These are made from a high-quality blend of natural quartz and acrylic resin, resulting in a scratch-resistant, low-maintenance, and solid-colored product with a refined matte finish. Caressi is introducing two new colors—Bisque and Ostrica—that perfectly complement modern kitchens. Bisque and Ostrica are available in a full range of sinks, including the Black Line and White Line collections.

Caressi is also making strides in the areas of accessories and lighting. Integrated outlets, power stations, and a wide range of sink accessories combine functionality with design. They are available in various finishes, including the aforementioned PVD colors, ensuring a consistent look throughout the kitchen. “This has been a key focus for Caressi in recent years,” Struis emphasizes. “The combination of design, ease of use, and quality is proving popular. We experienced that firsthand at area30. In fact, we’ll be there again in September.”
