International manufacturer with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and service
Hranipex Nederland BV, part of the European Hranipex group, continues to develop as a manufacturer of edging, furniture fittings, and accessories for interior construction. The company serves more than seventy countries and has a range of over eighty thousand products. However, it is not the size that Managing Director Gareth Peter Burke considers most important: “What customers appreciate is that we respond quickly and think along with them. We do not provide standard distribution, but are always looking for solutions that really make their work easier.”
One of the biggest advantages for interior designers is the ability to order small quantities. Many edgebands are now available from as little as one meter, even for special solid colors or wood textures. “This gives designers and builders the freedom to work to order without being left with large stocks,” says Burke. In addition, Hranipex offers options such as functional layers for hot-air application or lacquer layers in various degrees of gloss.

Product development closely follows the current collections of major sheet material brands, ensuring that colors and designs match seamlessly. Hranipex invests heavily in R&D and sustainable production. ABS waste material is fully reused in new edging strips. “We want interior builders to not only trust our quality, but also know that we are working towards a circular future. This adds extra value to every project they realize.”

In addition to edging tape, Hranipex also supplies furniture fittings, adhesives, and cleaning products. The hinges from the company's own brand, Riex, are becoming increasingly popular. “We offer the same quality as well-known top brands, but at a price that pleasantly surprises many companies,” says Burke. The Dutch team in Herkenbosch assists interior builders with advice and technical support. Thanks to short lines of communication, in-house chemists, and an efficient webshop, customers can quickly count on receiving the right products.
Burke concludes: “Whether it's a small custom project or a large serial delivery, we always want to show that flexibility, innovation, and sustainability are not mutually exclusive, but rather reinforce each other.”
