Looking ahead, we see a kitchen market that is inextricably linked to broader changes in housing, technology, and consumer behavior. According to Ofra Korthuis, account manager for the kitchen retail channel at MHK, the kitchen has long since ceased to be merely a practical space. “People want a beautiful and modern living space,” he says. This trend is continuing. The kitchen of 2040 will be smarter and more sustainable, but above all, more personalized.
In the kitchen industry, it’s all about the details.
