Alluance Group Unveils Virtually Invisible Cooking Solutions

A positive vibe, interesting conversations, and a week to look back on with enthusiasm. Visitors to Salone del Mobile.Milano and EuroCucina 2026 are very pleased with this spring’s edition. Martijn Schuurman, director and owner of the Alluance Group, confirms all the positive feedback.

“We had a great trade show,” says Schuurman, still enthusiastic about a month after the event. “A great many existing customers found their way to the Opera booth and the exciting new products we presented there. Of course, catching up over a nice cup of coffee or another drink was also part of the experience.”

Refined aesthetics

As for discoveries at the booth, the entire Prima Color line immediately caught our eye—both literally and figuratively. After all, Prima Color is Opera’s line of cooktops with integrated countertop range hoods, available in four elegant, on-trend colors: Sand, Gold, Stone, and Storm (pearl white, pearl beige, pearl gray, and anthracite gray, ed.). “A fantastic development,” adds Schuurman. “All visitors were unanimously surprised when they saw the four colors in person. They add a unique and modern touch to any kitchen, but of course, their performance shouldn’t be underestimated either.” The brushless motor is located directly beneath the cooktop, which makes installation much easier. The filter system is accessible from above, a major advantage in terms of maintenance. Furthermore, the grease filters are washable, and the ceramic carbon filters are regenerable.

The top model

“We couldn’t leave out the top-of-the-line Nivel model at our booth,” Schuurman emphasizes. “After all, Nivel is the induction cooktop with an integrated exhaust system and five cooking zones—one in the center and four on the sides. Two parallel slots on either side of the cooking zones extract steam and cooking fumes.” The cooking zones on the sides can be combined using the bridge function. The filters for absorbing grease and odors are located in a utility drawer, as is the condensation tray. Both the drawer and the condensate tray are removable and easy to clean. Schuurman adds: “By the end of this year, Nivel will also be available with an ultra-matte glass top.”

An invisible eye-catcher

Schuurman: “A special piece of technology was also a must. Materia, the invisible induction cooktop, was on display at the booth. ”Invisible’ means that when not in use, the red LED touch controls disappear, leaving only a large, matte black glass-ceramic surface—just 6 mm thick—with a soft-touch finish. With automatic pan detection, an automatic bridge function, and a slider control for each individual zone, Materia has it all.”
