When Nick Immig - product manager at Boretti - is asked if he is a satisfied man after the Boretti house show organized in Amsterdam at the end of April, he nods in the affirmative. "Definitely! I haven't counted but I think there were about 150 relations in our showroom during the two days. We were quite busy! We had many conversations. Moreover, the great thing was that not only the owners or entrepreneurs of the kitchen stores visited us: often the employees or salespeople came along as well. What attracted the most interest? Well, that was Collezione Milano, the completely coordinated collection of kitchen appliances. Logical too: after all, during the house show we had the biggest focus on this."
It is the key message of the introduction of a range of 40 products in black and matte anthracite colors from this Collezione Milano. From range stoves and built-in ovens to induction hobs, range hoods and wine climate cabinets that help consumers create extra special moments in the heart of the home: the kitchen. At any time of the day, of course. From aperitivo to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Over the years, more than ever before, the kitchen has become part of the whole of the home and that means the look and feel must match it.
Nick: "During the house show, we received many compliments from the visitors about the elegant design of the new collection. But in addition, it is obviously about ease of use, so that the home chef can keep all his attention on his company. After all, convenience serves man: he hardly needs to think about preparing meals. And the same goes for cleaning up afterwards. For example, the kitchen appliances assist the user in the kitchen with, among other things, preset recipes, automatic trailing positions, very simple operation and self-cleaning oven walls."
The name of the collection ("Milano") was chosen for a reason. Nick: "Milan is the Italian fashion city, known for its modern design and vertical lines. All these features are reflected in the tasteful and sleek design. This gives the kitchen a chic look."
The line fits well as a continuation of the previous collections. The Boretti look is becoming increasingly well-known. After all, the Dutch company that has made an obvious choice to design and sell Italian design has long been known for its popular (gas) stoves in that style. For some time now, its barbecues have also been in high demand. "Although we had already expanded our range considerably to include various built-in appliances, there was no collection as complete as this Collezione Milano," says Nick. "So the main goal of this series is that all visible built-in appliances, from stove to wine climate cabinet, match perfectly with each other for unity in the kitchen. The different appliances have the same colors, the same types of knobs, handles and lines. It has now really become one."
Consumers will soon be able to purchase the collection through all Boretti kitchen retail channels in the Netherlands. Points of sale can be found at www.boretti.com/nl/verkooppunt.
