During our visit to Franke at house4Kitchen during the Küchenmeile, one thing became quickly clear: Franke shows what true craftsmanship is all about. The brand convincingly positions itself as a specialist and combines well thought-out product development with a strong focus on quality, color and real ease of use. And fair is fair; the innovations made an impression.
At house4kitchen, we were given a tour by Ron de Rijk, commercial manager of Franke. His enthusiasm about developments at the brand, is contagious. “People are thinking about the products. What do consumers run into and how can we as specialists solve this? That's actually what comes together here: real innovation, sustainable products and perfect quality.” That vision was reflected in every detail, from soundproof sinks to the Mix & Match concept, with which Franke is once again raising the bar in the kitchen industry.
Franke's vision is that the kitchen is an ideal place where comfort, convenience and style come together. The latest collections seamlessly reflect this. Sinks, faucets and accessories can be perfectly matched in form, color and material. Franke takes this to the next level with soft tones, rounded shapes and high-quality finishes. The result is that consumers can create even more of a kitchen that suits them perfectly. From faucet to sink, everything can be tailored to suit. Exactly as users increasingly want it today.
De Rijk: “With the Mix & Match principle, Franke introduces something no other manufacturer offers yet. It is a unique addition in the market, where colors and finishes of sink, faucet and accessories match exactly. And all this for the first time without a tint difference.” At house4kitchen, the Mix & Match was shown for the first time. And there really is absolutely no color difference to be seen. One harmonious whole is created that radiates tranquility and quality.
Faucets and sinks are available in gold, copper, anthracite, chrome, stainless steel-look and matte black, among others. The Fragranite line also offers natural shades such as Coffee Cream, which look great in both light and dark kitchens. The concept shows that Franke is listening to the market. The need for color consistency and customization in the sink area has been taken seriously, and Franke is the first to respond concretely. This underlines their specialism in metalworking, but also their ability to turn market demands into innovative solutions.
Another product that is getting hands on is the new Maris Quiet Sink. Thanks to the Quiet Pad System, the noise of running water and rinsing is reduced by up to 25 percent. And that this is actually the case, De Rijk demonstrates by turning the tap fully open in Löhne. The noise reduction is admirable. This makes this sink ideal for open kitchens, where quiet and comfort are important.
Moreover, the basin is spacious, practical and equipped with clever details such as a basket plug and Big Waste kit. The finish is as we have come to expect from Franke: solid, precise and with attention to durability.
Franke convincingly demonstrated at the Küchenmeile what the manufacturer is capable of and what is possible when craftsmanship, innovation and material expertise come together. Especially when the market is truly listened to.
