Lasse Naber leads the family business into the future with a new team

Effective January 1, 2026, Naber GmbH will take an important step in its corporate development: long-standing managing partners Ingrid Naber and Hans-Joachim Naber will hand over their responsibilities to a new management team. At the helm of this team is Lasse Naber, who has been significantly shaping the third generation of the family business for many years. He has been a director since 2003 and a managing partner of Naber GmbH for more than ten years. Together with his parents, he has actively promoted the transformation into a design and innovation-oriented specialist in kitchen accessories and has continuously shaped the entrepreneurial development.

From 2026, the management team will be joined by long-standing employees Ralf Brümmer and Ulrich von Wuthenau. With this reorientation, Naber is placing a clear focus on future-proofing and growth in order to further expand its leading role in the market and continue its success story.

A life's work that shaped Naber

The company's roots date back to 1948. What began as a wholesale business for carpentry supplies was developed over many decades under the leadership of Ingrid and Hans-Joachim Naber into a modern, internationally oriented company. The original trading company evolved into a powerful supplier of kitchen accessories, whose range of services goes far beyond the role of a traditional wholesaler: Naber develops its own products in numerous product groups, strategically develops its product ranges, and has many of these developments produced exclusively. This transformation into a design- and innovation-oriented specialist in kitchen accessories significantly characterizes the current company.

Since the 1970s, Ingrid and Hans-Joachim Naber have modernized the product range and promoted technical innovations with their entrepreneurial foresight. Their passion for functional, aesthetic, and high-quality solutions has firmly established Naber in the market. Under their leadership, essential developments took place in the fields of ventilation technology, waste separation, and furniture fittings, and these continue to define the company's identity to this day. At the same time, they created a working environment in which quality, reliability, and appreciative cooperation are central and lived values.

„Without my parents“ entrepreneurial spirit and vision, Naber would not be what it is today. They put their heart and soul into giving the company a clear image and strong identity. It is our great ambition to continue on this path – responsibly and open to new ideas," says Lasse Naber, honoring his parents' life's work.

Strengthening the management team

With Ralf Brümmer and Ulrich von Wuthenau, two personalities who have successfully shaped the company for many years are joining the management team. Ralf Brümmer has been Commercial Director since 2016, responsible for the operational management and further development of business processes. Ulrich von Wuthenau has been Export Manager since 2016 and has promoted the international focus during this time. Both bring with them long-standing experience, in-depth expertise, and a strong connection to Naber.

Together with Lasse Naber as managing partner, the new management team will steer future business development in a clear direction. The aim is to further expand the company's innovative strength, sustainably strengthen its market position, optimize internal structures in the context of digitalization, and at the same time position the company for the future as a responsibly managed family business.

„I am very much looking forward to working with this team—with respect for what has been achieved and with a clear view of the demands of the coming decades,“ concludes Lasse Naber.
