The Naber GmbH, a leading provider of kitchen accessories based in Nordhorn, has emerged from the insolvency of M. Westermann & Co. GmbH and its subsidiaries, acquired a number of assets from WESCO.
Naber will continue to offer the popular WESCO products independently, ensuring their availability to the kitchen selling trade and the kitchen industry. This accentuates Naber's commitment to quality and innovation and solidifies its position as the industry's leading supplier of kitchen accessories.
The Naber family, as managing director of Naber GmbH, commented on the acquisition as follows: "On the one hand, we very much regret losing a long-standing and friendly business partner. On the other hand, however, we are pleased to be able to integrate WESCO products into our product range. We are convinced that this expansion will enrich our range and continue to offer our customers the best solutions on the market."
