A personnel change is occurring in the purchasing department of Naber GmbH towards the end of January 2024 which the management and colleagues deeply regret: after about 43 years of association with the company, the purchasing manager and business manager, Mr. Friedrich Kotmann, is retiring. Since January 15, 1981, thanks to both his commercial know-how and his enthusiasm in the field of high-quality kitchen accessories, he has decisively helped shape Naber's successes.
No less great than the sadness, however, is the joy of having recruited an extremely competent new purchasing manager: Mr. Mathias Schonhoff, under contract with Naber since March 1, 2022, will take over this responsible position from Mr. Kotmann in February 2024. For many years he headed the purchasing department of a regional company active in the mechanical engineering sector and from 2015 to 2022 was in charge of the entire inventory management, logistics included. Supporting Mr. Schonhoff is Mr. Guido Lammering who is responsible for operational procurement.
Against the background of this extensive practical experience and thanks to his winner's mentality, Naber's innovation-oriented corporate policy will be continued with Mr. Schonhoff. For his decades of far-sighted and reliable action in the procurement of the Nordhorn-based family business, the management expresses its heartfelt thanks to Mr. Kotmann.
