This eliminates the need to touch the faucet, which is especially nice if, for example, you are cooking, have been working in the garden and have dirty hands or just in between when you want to wash your hands.
The infrared sensor sits on the left and responds quickly to hand movements. Comfortable and at the same time water-saving, because just by stopping the flow of water when you soap your hands, you save at least 3 liters of water with each wash. The water temperature of the touch-free function can be set as desired and easily changed.
A touch-free faucet also saves time when cooking. Put the pan for pasta water in the sink, move your hand in front of the sensor and continue cutting vegetables. One hand movement gives an average of 2.5 liters because the flow of water automatically stops after 30 seconds.
On the right side is the regular lever for manual operation for such purposes as washing vegetables, rinsing plates and filling a carafe with refreshing drinking water.
The Atlas Neo Sensor is made of high-quality stainless steel to prevent rust, limescale and other debris from accumulating in or on the faucet. The design is timeless and there is a choice of stainless steel or Industrial Black finishes. There are models with a fixed spout or pull-out spout.
Because the sensor is battery operated, no additional outlet is needed in the kitchen cabinet. The control unit and separate battery holder are easy to place in the kitchen cabinet and take up little space. The batteries last up to 100,000 circuits and replacement is quick and easy.
