With its considerable height of 194 cm and a width of 69 cm, this latest innovation is the most spacious fridge in the range. In addition, interesting technologies ensure that food stays fresh longer and with the help of the AI Energy Mode⁽¹⁾ can be saved on energy consumption.

Need to fit large pans, a hefty watermelon or even a griddle in the refrigerator? Samsung offers the solution with the new XXL built-in refrigerator. Large items fit easily in your fridge and you can fit all your groceries in one go. In addition to the exceptionally large capacity, SpaceMax™ technology provides more storage space. This hyper-efficient insulation makes the walls much thinner. So you have more space for all your groceries.   

Save up to two hours of energy per day     

In addition to more content, you can also save energy with this latest innovation. By using the SmartThings app⁽²⁾ install, you can activate a very useful feature that allows you to save on energy consumption through artificial intelligence. Connect your fridge to the Smart-Things app⁽²⁾ and activate the AI Energy Mode⁽¹⁾. Smart technologies will analyze the usage patterns of your refrigerator and optimize the compressor speed and defrost function. The result of this AI integration is energy savings of up to 10%⁽³⁾, which is equivalent to two hours⁽³⁾ per day. 

Within the SmartThings app⁽²⁾ you can also very easily view a daily, weekly and monthly power consumption. In custom mode⁽⁴⁾ will estimate your monthly energy bill for all devices connected to SmartThings. Set a consumption limit in advance and the AI Energy Mode⁽¹⁾ automatically turns on when your preset limit is exceeded. Saving energy has never been easier.      

Keep your food fresh longer with separate refrigeration    

Samsung also employs convenient ways to keep food fresh longer. Through the Twin Cooling Plus™ system, the refrigerator and freezer have separate evaporators and fans to optimize temperature and humidity. Food is thus preserved under the best conditions and it retains its natural aroma and taste. Meat and fish can be stored in a separate Optimal Fresh+™ drawer where the temperature is lower than in the rest of the refrigerator. This way, food stays fresh longer. In addition, when opening the refrigerator, you immediately notice the Metal Cooling™ plate. In addition to its premium look, this plate retains cold air, allowing the refrigerator to return to a cool temperature faster after opening.
