Outlook Art of Kitchens at Küchenmeile 2025

Samsung has been at Art of Kitchens for several years now. And this year, too, the South Korean manufacturer will once again be present at the Küchenmeile. In fact, in 2026 Samsung will come out with a largely revamped built-in lineup for the kitchen. The goal is simple: kitchen appliances can make consumers' lives considerably easier.

Samsung is considered a "sleeping giant" in the kitchen industry. There is very much potential in the brand and the image of the Korean manufacturer is more than excellent in our country. In the kitchen field, Samsung offers excellent appliances. Samsung therefore continues to innovate and in 2026 will come out with a largely renewed built-in lineup for the kitchen. This new generation of kitchen appliances features smart technologies that make the cooking experience even more enjoyable and
more intuitive. During Art of Kitchens, Samsung is offering an exclusive preview of what is to come. Visitors will get
the chance to experience the latest developments up close, from advanced cooking technologies to smart connectivity that makes everyday life easier.

Much of the focus at the Küchenmeile, then, is on the BRB38G705DWW/EF built-in fridge freezer. This is an extra-wide refrigerator and freezer from Samsung with SmartThings AI. The latest Samsung refrigerator combines energy efficiency, smart technology and practical layout to make everyday life easier. Thanks to SmartThings AI Energy Mode, it saves up to 15% on energy, equivalent to saving about three hours a day.

Using AI, the refrigerator automatically optimizes the compressor speed and defrost function based on each person's unique usage patterns. Through the SmartThings app, one can not only track daily, weekly and monthly energy consumption, but also get an estimate of monthly energy costs. If these exceed the set limit, AI Energy Mode automatically engages for further savings. In addition to energy efficiency, this refrigerator offers exceptional space thanks to SpaceMax technology. With a whopping 389-liter capacity and a depth in line with the countertop, all foods can be stored conveniently without losing space.

Fresher and more economical

Twin Cooling technology ensures products stay fresh longer by regulating temperature and humidity separately in both the refrigerator and freezer. This prevents odors from mixing, so food retains its natural flavor longer. SmartThings Energy helps monitor the energy consumption of the entire household. With real-time tips on energy consumption and alerts on unwanted energy use, one can set monthly goals and understand their carbon footprint. And is the refrigerator lighting too bright? Then one can even dim the lights slightly. For quick cooling and freezing, one can use Power Cool and Power Freeze, so groceries or favorite drinks are chilled within minutes.

Inverter Technology

Digital Inverter Technology ensures quiet performance and long-term energy efficiency. This technology uses strong magnets, resulting in quieter operation and reduced energy consumption. Moreover, Samsung offers a 20-year warranty on the compressor, so everyone can enjoy an energy-efficient and powerful refrigerator for years without worry.

That AI is promising has been demonstrated by Samsung for ages, both inside and outside the kitchen industry. If this turns out well - and why wouldn't it? - then there are many more developments to come in the field of AI in the kitchen. And the great thing is: it will all benefit the end user. Everyone working in the kitchen industry will already be able to experience it at the Küchenmeile, at the Art of Kitchens.
