A new perspective on living and cooking
Tranquility and simplicity. Soft colors, natural materials and velvety surfaces that come together to create a warm, inviting atmosphere. No excess, no fuss. That is the power of Scandinavian living as Leicht will present it during the Küchenmeile.
Leicht translates the Scandinavian living feeling to the kitchen. It has long been an essential part of any interior, the heart of the home. Far more than just a functional room, the kitchen is the place where you can relax and feel safe. Leicht transforms part of the showroom in the Architekturwerkstatt into a true "hygge" palace, after the Danish term best described in Dutch as "coziness. In addition, of course, there are other kitchens on display that also feature numerous novelties.
Balance is the key word in any hygge design. A kitchen design where composition, colors and materials are precisely matched. Where no line is accidental and no color chosen at random. A hygge kitchen design stands out. Not because of excess, but because of restraint. This restraint in design is not just an aesthetic decision. It is a conscious attitude not to overcrowd an interior.

Leicht offers six Nordic-inspired color tones for this new conception of kitchens: soft beige, brownish taupe, calm moss green, deep Skagerrak blue, rose apricot and cream white, applied in five series that include textured veneers, smooth fronts in textured lacquer and silk matt as well as classic frame fronts. Thoughtful design possibilities lie ahead thanks to the use of high-quality materials and a design language that offers orientation.
Leicht invites every kitchen professional to come and experience the hygge kitchens at the Architekturwerkstatt in Löhne. Pieter Lodewyck, Sales Manager Netherlands and Belgium at Leicht: "Feel how surfaces feel, see how colors flow into each other, and discover how well thought-out design contributes to an atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. Not just a kitchen is presented here, but a sense of life."
