"Two sisters under one roof"

The Pronorm and i-luminate brands are like two sisters. They live and work together in Vlotho (D) and are growing up together. Since i-luminate saw the light of day two years ago during the Küchenmeile, things have been going fast. Really fast.

Pronorm and i-luminate can best be described as two sisters living together under one roof. The mutual atmosphere is top notch, they live and work together perfectly and above all, each sails its own course without getting in the other's way. This is perfectly illustrated in the showroom in Vlotho. At the center, i-luminate finds its place, around which Pronorm forms a protective cocoon, so to speak. Küchenmeile 2023 was the ideal opportunity to present both brands side by side and explain the similarities and differences to interested professionals. To top it off, there was a cartload of newcomers to both brands.

Frontier Paradise

If we take a closer look at Pronorm and its trade show motto "Trends and more," the huge range of fronts immediately stands out. With more than 250 they are now, the different fronts available at Pronorm. Part of Vlotho's showroom is like a fronts library where the samples are up for grabs, viewing and experiencing. It is an impassioned Theo Schrijnewerkers of Pronorm who shows us the 19 newcomers, already included in this library: "Trend colors jade green and urban oak are among them, but we also have high expectations for metallic ferro and metallic graphite." The more part of the motto becomes clear during the further tour because at Pronorm it also goes beyond the kitchen: residential kitchens, living spaces... Design lighting fixtures have been added to the portfolio and wine climate cabinets are taking an increasingly prominent role in the home. "The kitchen is more than just a space for cooking," explains Roger Klinkerberg, director of marketing & sales. "The kitchen reflects our personality and lifestyle like no other."

New dimensions

Since its introduction now two years ago, i-luminate has consistently set the bar high. The design awards are piling up, with four design awards again this year making the trophy cabinet even bigger. The motto of the Küchenmeile 2023, namely "Your supreme kitchen," underlines once again very clearly where the ambitions lie. "New fronts are also coming to i-luminate," Schrijnewerkers confirms. "Special designs and details make every i-luminate kitchen a picture. Exclusively for i-luminate, we developed glass display cabinets that make a handsome appearance in any kitchen, and by extension, any living room. Add to that equally handsome lighting, the foundation from which i-luminate has grown, and the kitchen literally and figuratively stands in a whole new light."
