Falcon introduces the new Nexus 2026. This modern designer stove has been completely redesigned and combines a sleek, contemporary look with greater flexibility while cooking. The new Nexus is manufactured at the Falcon factory in Royal Leamington Spa, England, where stoves have been made for nearly two centuries.
The Nexus’s distinctive design has been further refined. Sleeker lines, redesigned aluminum knobs, brushed stainless steel handles, and a clear white LED display give the stove a sleek and high-quality look. This makes the Nexus 2026 a perfect fit for modern kitchens and cooking islands.
The Nexus 2026 is built on the latest Falcon platform. The 80-liter multifunctional oven offers various cooking options, including conventional baking, convection, and the new DUO/pizza function. This function combines the powerful heat of the convection oven with bottom heat for even cooking and a crispy crust. This setting is ideal for pizza, focaccia, bread, and other dishes that require extra bottom heat.
In addition to the multifunction oven, the range features a separate convection oven. This allows multiple dishes to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures. Both ovens have an energy efficiency rating of A.
The separate grill has also been redesigned. The deeper design offers 25 percent more space, and the grill rack can be positioned at four different heights. This allows for more precise control of the distance between the food and the heating element. The grill is suitable for both full and partial grilling, so even smaller portions can be cooked efficiently.
The induction model of the Nexus 2026 features five cooking zones with PowerBoost and automatic settings for cooking, simmering, and keeping food warm. A new feature is the dual bridge function. On both the left and right sides, two cooking zones can be combined to form one large cooking surface. This makes it easier to use a grill plate, roasting pan, or larger pot.
In addition to induction, the Nexus 2026 is available in a gas model with electric ovens.
The Falcon Nexus 2026 is available in widths of 90, 100, and 110 cm. For the 110-cm model, you can choose from two configurations. The first version features a special proofing drawer, where dough can rise under controlled conditions. The other version includes a separate simmering oven for stews, sauces, and slow cooking.
The collection is available in five contemporary colors: Charcoal Black, Gloss Black, Slate, Stainless Steel, and White. All versions feature a chrome-colored finish.
