The fully equipped Skyline Edge Play island hood offers a variety of new functions that allow the hood to be adjusted to individual needs and preferences while cooking. Without touching the island hood, it can be operated by hand gestures and functions can be adjusted. The new effect lighting with berbel Motion-Lights creates a special atmosphere in the kitchen at any time of day and for any mood. The slim, linear hood adds elegance and brightness to the kitchen.

Innovative gesture controls

The Skyline Edge Play is equipped with innovative gesture controls that allow functions to be operated with hand movements. Fiddling with wet fingers or fingers covered in food scraps is definitely over. Operating the elevator system is easy and intuitive using the elevator sensor on the side under the hood. Through the motion sensor in the center of the front, the Skyline Edge Play receives instructions for turning on the cooktop light or adjusting the fan setting. The hob light provides optimal visibility while cooking, while the new uplight indirectly illuminates the kitchen ceiling.

Fascinating effect lighting

A special feature of effect lighting are the berbel Motion-Lights. The Motion-Lights create a unique lighting atmosphere in the kitchen. There is a choice of as many as 12 light sequences, ranging from gradual color changes and dynamic light effects to calming colors. In this way, the look of the island hood can be adapted to one's mood or the atmosphere in the kitchen.

Numerous options

All functions, such as the elevator system, extraction and lighting, can be controlled with the berbel+ app. In addition, as many as 16 combination settings can also be stored, including 2 preset and 14 freely configurable scenes. These are combinations of individual settings.

The ceiling plate for the Skyline Edge Play must be ordered separately. In addition to a stainless steel ceiling plate, there is also a choice of various glass ceiling plates in matte black, black, white or silver gray to match the color of the shade. An even more individual option is to have the glass plate finished in a desired RAL color at an additional cost.
