At the area30 kitchen trade fair, berbel presented the latest generation of Downline cooktop extractors to the trade public. All four models convince with technical improvements and innovative functions. Every Downline is equipped with the new, highly efficient spiral vapor extractor and the space-saving square extractor unit. Thanks to the Clever Cook functions, the Downline Infinity Pro and the Downline Advance in particular take the cooking experience of cooking enthusiasts to a higher level - and that without unnecessary bells and whistles.

Clever Cook - Smart cooking, made simple

The Clever Cook features of the Downline Infinity Pro and Downline Advance combine ultimate ease of use with unparalleled efficiency. At a time when speed is important, without compromising on the desired quality of cooking results, these innovative cooking features provide the ideal solution. Clever Cook simplifies everyday cooking by automating and optimizing fundamental cooking processes, while precise temperature control provides maximum safety. Five smart programs, such as the water boil, steam, keep warm, pasta and baking functions, offer complete control over the cooking process. The temperature hold function ensures that the set temperature remains constant throughout the cooking process. Whether baking pancakes or slow cooking meat, this function always guarantees perfect results without the need to constantly monitor the cooking process.

The pasta function quickly heats the water to the ideal temperature and emits a sound signal when the pasta can be added. During cooking, the function closely monitors the cooking time so that the pasta is prepared perfectly "al dente.

Downline Infinity Pro: power and innovation united
The Downline Infinity Pro stands for professional quality and, with its generous dimensions of 900 mm width and 550 mm depth, offers plenty of space for flexible cooking. Quad-Slider controls provide precise control over all cooking zones. The powerful extraction with Vertical Flow technology guarantees efficient removal of cooking vapors and odors.

Downline Advance: elegant design meets functional perfection
With the new Downline Advance, berbel is further expanding its Downline series. With a width of 830 mm and a depth of 505 mm, this model offers not only an elegant appearance but also optimum performance. The robust Surface Protect coating and the innovative Bridge function provide maximum protection for the cooktop while allowing flexible and efficient cooking.
