Cooking should be a unique experience every time

It was world news that Italian manufacturer Steel Cucine unpacked during EuroCucina in Milan (I). For the first time, a manufacturer brought together an oven, an induction cooktop and an integrated cooktop extractor fan in one cooktop.

Presented last year with great fanfare as the newcomer par excellence at EuroCucina in Milan (I), today still a popular and much appreciated stove. We are talking about the Mistral from Italian manufacturer Steel Cucine. "The first stove that combines oven, induction cooktop and cooktop extractor fan in one appliance and also makes it a design highlight," says Christian Borsboom of Steel Benelux. A partnership with the German company Fissler makes the quality of the Mistral stand out even more.

A unique experience

Steel Cucine and Fissler both fall back on years of knowledge and expertise. At Steel Cucine, they celebrated their 100^e anniversary, Fissler blows out 180 candles in two years. "We share the same passion for cooking and food," Borsboom explains the partnership. "Cooking is so much more than preparing food. Spending time together, having fun. Cooking should be a unique event and we share that vision with Fissler. We build the stoves, Fissler the cookware. So we are joining forces with a temporary promotion to underline this connection."

It was a world first during EuroCucina last year. A stove with oven, induction cooktop and cooktop extractor did not exist until then. "And both with the oven, the induction cooktop and the cooktop extractor, we provided strong performance," Borsboom said. "For example, there is the patented INNVENT technology for perfect hot air distribution over the entire surface and on all levels of the oven. Two fans rotating in opposite directions get the job done. A net capacity of 91 liters is also not to be sneezed at. With the cooktop extractor fan, both exhaust to the outside or recirculation are possible at a maximum noise level of only 63 dB. Operation of the induction cooktop is via the buttons on the front of the appliance. A deliberate choice."
