"Small tweaks that make our devices better"

"We listen to our customers and use the feedback to make our products even better." You often hear manufacturers say it. But stove manufacturer Stoves not only says it, they actually do something with the tips that come in.

Building out a range of stoves is not only done by replacing "old" models with new developments. Useful modifications to existing appliances are also part of the process. "Based on our own findings and feedback from our customers, we set to work," confirms range stove manufacturer Stoves. "They are our customers who work with the stoves on a daily basis and thus experience on a daily basis what can be done differently. The result is a round of adjustments that improve ease of use."

Less through the knees

Stoves' range of appliances is immense, and the aforementioned changes to the appliances do not apply to all ranges. "It's specifically about the Deluxe models, our range stoves that provide some extras to users," the manufacturer clarifies. "Specifically, it involves four interventions, some more noticeable than others. For example, on the new 100 and 110 cm Deluxe stoves, the multifunction oven will no longer be at the bottom left, but at the top right. This is for the simple reason that the user then has to kneel less. The hot air oven makes the reverse movement.

Improve operation

In terms of controls, Stoves is also tackling some things differently on the Deluxe models. For example, there will be black oven indicator rings around the knobs on the 90, 100 and 110 cm stoves to improve their legibility and ensure that the icons are less likely to fade. "We are also adding to these models a large digital timer that allows the user to set the exact temperature of the
multifunction oven can be programmed by 5 degrees. And on Deluxe induction stoves of this size, there will be a button control on the front instead of the familiar tip-slide control."

Improve operation

In addition to the modification on existing models, Stoves is launching an entirely new product, a stove with zoneless induction cooktop. "As the name suggests, this model has no separate cooking zones but rather one large surface that can be used in its entirety," the manufacturer said. "Just put the pans as you wish on the hob because it immediately detects their location and then adapts to the shape and size of the pan. This newcomer does still come with the familiar tipslide control."
